Stepping outside of soundfonts I started using new virtual synthesizers and came up with this song. The initial recording was muddy due to my mixing but I gave it a rework to sound complete on the album. It is inspired by being stuck inside my room, depressed and without a job after breakup and my friend's leaving.

The first song I decided was good enough to show people. I spent the winter before teaching myself how to compose music with Reaper at my grandparent's house. There was no wifi but with the soundfonts downloaded and my laptop I was able to make music like this.
